20 Year Reunion

Hard to believe but Chase and I had our 20 year high school reunion this Fall.  It was at Bar Louie in Dallas; we had a big turnout and it was a good time.

We went to the deer lease on Chase's birthday weekend to work on camp and get it ready for hunting season.  I fell off a ladder (that Chase was trying to hold) and got a pretty gnarly bruise on my butt.  My knee and ankles were pretty sore for a couple weeks after but I think I was pretty lucky.

Skyline

We were hoping to get one last season out of rec volleyball but when we realized that it wasn't going to work we decided to have Madison try out for a club team.  She visited Slam and Skyline, made both teams, but ultimately chose Skyline.  She has been enjoying all the training and really likes the other girls on the team.

Granny turned 98 so we went to Bogata to celebrate.

My Mermaid/Sports are back in session

It's been a crazy hot summer so our pool stayed open until the first of October.  We definitely utilized it.  Madison has loved her mermaid tail this summer.

And here is my Penguin!  Emma is back on the soccer field and it's so fun to watch her play.  She has found her groove again and is doing so great.  She's actually on 2 teams this fall which makes for some quick changes in the car between games.
