1st Communion

After winning our volleyball tournament it was on to 1st Communion!  Of course Emma had a t-ball game after volleyball so Chase and Emma had to meet us at the church.  Crazy times for sure!  Madison was gorgeous and it was a very special day for her.  I'm super proud of her efforts because being Catholic is no joke!  For the last 2 years she has gone to a religious ed class once a week to prepare for First Reconciliation and First Communion.  So glad this is complete and we can get one night a week back, until it's Emma's turn.  Thankful that Madison and Elle were in the same class for the second year and to Wendy for taking her and bringing her home each week.  Such a blessing!
Friday night was dress rehearsal so I was able to get some cute pics before the craziness of Saturday.   When we got there I noticed that Madison had a little bit of lip gloss on her beautiful white dress, front and center on her collar like she had looked down.  She said the seat belt hit her mouth when she got in the car so it must of transferred from that.  Panic Mode!!!  I took it to the dry cleaners first thing Saturday morning and they got it out no problem.  Lesson learned!  I put her in a light lip stain for Saturday so that wouldn't happen again.

Undefeated Red Dragons!

I'm so crazy proud of Madison and her awesome volleyball team.  We truly got lucky here and were paired with a great group of girls at the start of the school year!  They were undefeated again and won first place in their end of season tournament.  So much fun to watch!

Mom's Regatta

Around Mother's Day North Star did their annual Mom's Regatta and this was our last one!!!  We made our boat and sailed it proud but my favorite part was the songs the kids sang for us.  Super sweet.

This girl is on her head more than anyone I know!  This is a normal way to wait for big sis in the car pool line right???!

Game Day

Emma had her very 1st t-ball game and was so super cute!  It's a plus when you are the coach and get to pick the team name.  Emma was excited to be the Aggies.  She played awesome and had a couple great hits and some outs at first.  At this age they don't keep score and there is no umpire so nobody truly gets out.  They just focus on learning the rules but if there were rules the Aggies would have won their first game!
First the Angels played and then the Aggies!  We field hopped.
