Family Photos

To end my 2015 blogging year I will leave you with our family photo session that took place in October.  We met with our favorite photographer, Laura, and she did a great job capturing our family.  May 2016 be filled with lots of love and laughter!!!

So This Happened Today...

I'll give you a hint...her name is Emma!

And then there is Madison who does projects like this all by herself.  Way to go Madison!

Because I'm fairly certain I never posted them here are the girl's school pictures
Madison is in Mrs. White-Myles 1st grade class and she LOVES it!

Emma is in Mrs. Liggins 3's class on MWF and she too loves school.

Miss priss was ready to rock school picture day!

Sleeping Cutie

The holidays are so exhausting!

Meeting Felix

We have been waiting a whole year to meet my cousin's precious baby boy, Felix, and he was worth the wait!  He was the happiest, most squeezable baby ever and we were so excited to hang out with him.  We were also super excited to play with Lula!  These 3 girls have a blast running and screaming through the house.

Cousin love!

While we were all together we celebrated Granddaddy's 96th birthday and Felix's first birthday.

We gave Granddaddy a brick with his name to be placed in the WWII museum in New Orleans.

Culp Family Christmas 2015

The day after Christmas we celebrated with the Culp side and we almost lost the girls in a sea of presents.  They could hardly contain themselves!!!

Beanie Boo Earrings!  Emma has been wanting these ever since she saw them in Claires.

Girl Scout Cookie Oven!

And now, drum roll please.....The American Girl Spa that she's wanted for the past 2 years.

Next up, a karaoke machine.  Love all these excited expressions.  I've been serenaded ever since.

Loving our new Blankie Tails.  I should have asked for one too!

Rock star Emma had to test out her new guitar.

And now for your viewing pleasure...Kylie got Pie Face and couldn't wait to play!  Madison was the first to get "pie'd" and she didn't think it was so funny.

After the first "pie in the face" we got smart and wore big sunglasses so we didn't end up with "pie in the eye."

We were all good sports even though some of us took more convincing (me) and took a turn.  If you are in need of a good laugh play this game with the group and prepare to get messy!

After Pie in the Face terrible storms were heading our way so everyone's weather alerts were going off on their phones and all the TV's were sending us into hiding.  We confined the littles to the bath tub until we were in the clear.

We got really lucky and didn't end up in harms way but an F4 tornado was brewing and completely devastated parts of Garland and Rowlett.  Way too close to home!

After the immediate threat had passed it was time to decorate our annual gingerbread house.
