I've been dormant since we've been back from vacay but rest assured it was an incredible family trip with lots of memories made. Between me, Jill, and Stacey we have a ridiculous amount of pictures so I'll try and sift through some favorites and then make a whole book about Punta Cana later...Our resort was very nice but super huge so we had to take either a train or a golf cart to and from the beach. Our room was a deluxe suite and it couldn't have been nicer but our most favorite part was the ginormous bathtub (and the nestle crunch bars in our room each day!) We stayed at the Melia Caribe Tropical in the "level" part so we had our own section of the resort with a nice pool and cool sandy area that was a great spot for pictures. Alex was our butler and helped cart all 14 of us to dinner each night and get us any extras we needed along the way. We got a big kick out of all the peacocks and thoroughly enjoyed feeding them. I'm still trying to figure out how to get one as a pet. =) Snorkeling was a blast and the girls did great, that was our most fun day of sea adventure and I was quite excited that our guide found a big starfish and a large sting ray swimming in the water, much like our Jamaica adventure last year. The endless drinks and snacks were a big hit with the kids, all-inclusive is the way to go! Madison and Emma's new favorite drinks are pina coladas and mudslides so we've had to make a few since being home. Such a fun summer trip!
